In October of 2024, Don helped found Home at Home - an organization dedicated to empowering individuals to age gracefully, safely, and vibrantly in the comfort of their own homes.

An avid traveler and volunteer, Don has visited more than 75 countries and been a Big Brother mentor for more than 25 years.

With 10 years home remodeling experience, 15 years of real estate experience and 23 years military experience, Joey Torkildson brings a wealth of knowledge to the world. 

Joey is also the co-founder of Home at Home, dedicated to empowering seniors to age gracefully and securely in their own homes. Home at Home provides tailored solutions to help individuals thrive in the spaces they love most, offering home modifications, support services, and peace of mind to families navigating this important chapter of life.

As an avid learner and curious explorer, Joey loves to challenge himself and try new things. He believes amazing things rarely happen in our comfort zones, and only those who attempt the absurd achieve the impossible.

Libby Stanton has dedicated her career to serving older adults and their families. With extensive experience in senior housing, she supported individuals during their transitions from home.

Through her experience, Libby met many older adults who couldn’t imagine leaving the homes that held a lifetime of memories. As a homebody herself, she empathized with their desire to age in place. However, she recognized the lack of support and systems needed to age successfully at home.

This led her to co-found Home at Home, where she could ensure older adults remain safe, independent, and empowered in their own homes. Her ultimate goal is to help people embrace aging with confidence and joy.

When she’s not working, Libby enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking new recipes, and most importantly, entertaining family and friends in the place she loves most—home.
